Community Futures Central Okanagan Career Opportunity

The Program Administrator position is a key position opportunity due to impending staff retirement in a dynamic community economic development corporation. The detail oriented person hired will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with Board members, management, business advisors and other staff.

Duties will include progressively increasing responsibilities in loan portfolio administration, business analysis support, risk management, fund accounting, database administration and collections. There is good opportunities for advancement for the right person.

We are looking for a person with abilities and experience in administration and accounting with good customer relations, cooperative team player, strong organizational, administrative and legal systems skills, computer literacy and problem solving abilities with small business and entrepreneurial background and attitude.

Patience, persistence, empathy, critical thinking, collaboration skills with a combination of related experience and education related to the duties of the position are required. If you have an interest in community economic development, impact investments and non-profit organization management and administration, help us make a difference in our community.

Salary to commensurate with experience and relevant education.
