His connections and resources are enhanced by his role as General Manager of Community Futures in the Central Okanagan and being a Fellow Certified Management Consultant. As a result, Larry ensures that Community Futures' clients and projects receive well thought out planning, execution and management in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial manner.

Shawn G. Edwards, CPA, CMA, B.Sc. - Business Advisor

Shawn is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CPA, CMA,  and a B.Sc. from UBC specializing in Earth and Environmental Sciences. He has over 15 years of financial and business experience with a wide range of industry understanding (Finance, Manufacturing, Mining and Technology). He is well equipped to help Community Futures clients with strategic and development finance and business counseling.

Amber Gordon - Program Administrator

Amber is our go-to loan administrator for the organization. With a strong background in small business, banking and government program administration, Amber is a valuable team member that will assist our organization and clients in making sure that they receive information, support and high quality loan and portfolio administration in a timely and professional manner.

With an Advanced Certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership from BCIT to complement her degree in Business Management coupled with many years in the hospitality and wine industry including an international stint in Tanzania as a Finance and Entrepreneurship Advisor with Youth Challenge International, Megan is a valuable resource who is driven to help people, businesses and organizations become more sustainable.
